MEET Megan Hoback,LMFT
Founder and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Megan brings a grounded approach to private, transformative therapy experiences.
Megans work is driven by a longstanding commitment to guiding people through the most complex seasons of their lives. Over the years, she has been trusted to hold space for individuals as they navigate uncertainty, confront longstanding patterns, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that feel steady, capable, and whole. This foundation led Megan to become a Marriage and Family Therapist, a profession where presence, discernment, and clinical precision come together in service of meaningful change.
A note from Megan
I provide therapy for individuals ages 15 and older, couples seeking deeper connection or support through relational strain, and families working to rebuild communication and boundaries. My approach is highly tailored, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that each person deserves work that honors the nuances of their internal world. My practice is a safe, affirming space for all clients, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community.
At the heart of my work is the understanding that human connection that is authentic, intentional, and compassionate, is essential to our sense of belonging and well-being. This value extends into my own life. When I’m not working with clients, I spend time immersed in the people and places that keep me grounded: family, close friends, and the calming landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in presence, discernment, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s story. I work from a client-centered, strengths-forward perspective, offering a steady and compassionate partnership as you navigate the challenges and transitions shaping your life. Whether you are an individual seeking clarity, a couple working to rebuild connection, or a family wanting more harmony, our work is tailored with intention and guided by both clinical expertise and sincere human understanding.
Together, we explore the patterns that no longer serve you, unhelpful narratives, communication cycles that create distance, or long-standing beliefs that limit self-confidence. From there, we build new pathways: more grounded emotional regulation, healthier relational dynamics, and more aligned ways of living and engaging with others.
I support clients through a wide spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-compassion, self-esteem, communication challenges, conflict resolution, infidelity and betrayal, ADHD, and major life transitions. Each concern is approached with nuance and care, recognizing that your experiences are shaped by both your internal world and the environments you move through.
For couples, I work with relationships across a diverse and complex range of dynamics, from feeling more like roommates than partners, to navigating the aftermath of betrayal, to uncovering attachment wounds that quietly shape daily interactions. You deserve a space that feels balanced, respectful, and solution-oriented as you work toward connection that is both deeper and more sustainable.
My work draws from several evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Thearpy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These approaches are integrated with intention to meet your unique needs, allowing us to create progress that feels authentic, lasting, and aligned with the person, or partnership, you are becoming.
